National Digital Workplace Transformation

Supported Change Management for a large-scale government digital workplace programme affecting more than 415,000 users. The work included development of a multi-year Change Management Master Plan, user satisfaction studies and governance of Change Management implementation.

Enterprise Cybersecurity Implementation

Led Change Management for the rollout of an enterprise Data Loss Prevention solution affecting approximately 4,200 users. The work focused on preparing users for new security requirements, communications, stakeholder engagement and behavioural transition.
